About
Panavision Sphero T-Series Anamorphic
Panavision Sphero T-Series Anamorphic is a more modern anamorphic prime set in PV mount, designed to combine the rendering signature of the older C/E/G series with consistent optical performance across focal lengths. The set covers 35, 50, 75 and 100mm primes at T2.3, with a 2× squeeze on Super 35.
The Spheros sit between the vintage Panavision sets (C/E) and the very modern T-Series in characterful rendering — they retain some flare characteristics but are tuned for repeatable performance.
Signature look
Moderate anamorphic flare and bokeh, less pronounced than the C-Series but more characterful than a Zeiss Master Anamorphic. Tuned for consistent geometry across the set.Catalog
