K vs Luv — flooded sea-wall finale
K and Luv's climactic fight on the breached sea wall as the storm-surge crashes through the pylons. Practical water dump in Hungary — 10,000 gallons per dump cycle — with Sylvia Hoeks's drowning sequence performed on a sealed-air-line rebreather rig at depth, on a controlled-descent harness for the final sub-surface beat.
Rigging
Equipment + technique
descender
Controlled-descent harness for Hoeks's sub-surface descent — Decelerator-tuned to a 0.3 m/s rate so the drowning beat played at performance pace, not gravity pace.
water-tank
10,000-gallon water-dump cycle through breached sea-wall scenic; recirculation pump + heater kept the tank at 25°C for safety during repeat takes.
Harness
Sealed-air-line rebreather rig with surface umbilical; emergency controlled-ascent line trailing each performer.

fall
Pad arrangement (catch-pad layout)
The choreographed layering of foam, airbag, and pad elements behind set walls and props that catches a performer hitting an unrehearsed surface during fight choreography.
fight
Reactive-camera fight choreography
The post-Bourne / post-John Wick choreography style where camera motion is choreographed alongside the fight itself, so impact reads through camera shake and proximity rather than wide framing.
fight
Gun-fu (close-quarter firearm choreography)
The combat-shooting choreography style codified by 87Eleven on the John Wick franchise: extended one-take sequences blending firearm handling with martial-arts striking and grappling.
fight
Padded / breakaway weapon
The non-functional fight weapons — foam cores under skinned costume, balsa-and-resin breakaways — that allow contact strikes without injury.
