Myles was born to Eileen and Michael Shacklady and grew up in Basingstoke. He studied creative visualisation at Teesside University. He won an Academy Award for First Man (2018), with Paul Lambert, Ian Hunter, and J. D. Schwalm and Dune (2021) with Paul Lambert, BrianConnor,r and Gerd Nefzer.
